FortZED depends on local power generation and demand management
- CSU’s Maxwell Ranch
- The proposed Maxwell Ranch wind farm is expected to create more energy than CSU uses. FortZED will work to position itself so that the district is able to purchase this local renewable energy. Fort Collins Utilities will use conservation and peak energy management to compliment these energy efforts.
